Literacy 2030 Five-Phase Approach
Literacy 2030 uses a five-phase approach to evaluate and to achieve our mission.
Culminating Literacy is the result of everyone working together during the previous four phases. Through these efforts, we achieve 100% literacy by the time we reach this stage, and literacy in South Carolina is at its highest point.
